Open the app
Open HumanAuth on your phone and go to the Settings tab.

Delete your account
You can delete your HumanAuth account at any time. The fastest way is in the app. If you no longer have access to your device, email us instead.

Tap Delete account
Scroll to the bottom of Settings and tap Delete account.

Confirm
Confirm the deletion. Your account is deleted immediately.
Lost access to your device?
Email support@humanauth.ai with the subject Account deletion request, sent from the email address you used to sign in. We verify that you control that address, then delete the account. Requests are completed within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account record
- Your email address
- Your registered devices and their identifiers
- Your push notification tokens
What is retained
Signed approval receipts are retained for integrity and audit purposes, so that approvals you granted in the past remain verifiable. They keep only a pseudonymous account reference; once your account is deleted, we no longer hold the email or identity that reference maps to.
